Letter: The right choices for the Board of Education

The following is my own opinion.

I strongly support Vicki Buscareno and Carol Taylor for this year’s Northport-East Northport Board of Education (BOE) election.

Both Vicki and Carol put children and education first. I've had the pleasure to know Vicki in the three years that she has served on the BOE. First and foremost, she always looks at every issue and asks “is this good for the kids?”

I’ve also had the opportunity to get to know Carol. Anyone who has a five-minute conversation with Carol will know that she is smart and will be a valuable contribution to the BOE.

I ask you to vote for both Vicki and Carol, they are the right choices for the Board of Education.
