Santa Claus comes to town today with neighborhood stops beginning at noon

Get ready for the Northport Village Santa Run, an annual tradition hosted by the Northport Volunteer Fire Department, today, December 17! Santa, Mrs. Claus, and many familiar characters (special appearances in years past have included a very in-character Grinch, as well as Mickey Mouse, toy soldiers and more) will make stops at the following locations, beginning at noon, and resuming activity at Lewis Oliver Farm at 7pm.

All stops and times are approximate and subject to change; listen for the sleigh bells!

12pm: June and Scudder Ave. (by the Northport Public lIbrary)
12:30pm: Soundcrest and Seaview Ave.
12:45pm: Highland and Douglas Ave.
1pm: Steers Ave. and Terry Rd.
1:15pm: Nautilus Ave. and Dolphin Ln.
1:30pm: West St. and Hillside Ave.
2:15pm: Ellis Ave. and Butler Pl.
7pm: Lewis Oliver Farm
7:30pm: Drive down Main Street with final stop at the fire department
