Northport Farmers’ Market returns for its 15th season

Many vendors from last year’s Northport Farmers’ Market returned to Northport Village for opening day last weekend. The market runs every Saturday through November 22, from 8am to 12:30pm (there is no market on September 20).

The Northport Farmers’ Market is back for its 15th year, bringing fresh, locally grown produce and artisan goods to the heart of Northport Village. Held every Saturday from 8am to 12:30pm through November 22 (excluding Cow Harbor Weekend on September 20), the market runs rain or shine in the small parking lot at the end of Main Street, next to Cow Harbor Park.

A beloved local tradition, the market supports Long Island growers and makers while fostering a strong sense of community. Shoppers can expect a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, breads, sauces, syrups, meats, seafood and more – all locally harvested or handcrafted.

This year’s vendors include:

Each week, local nonprofits and community organizations also rotate a booth just outside the market. Participating groups include:

  • Northport Native Garden Initiative (NNGI)
  • Northport Public Library
  • Northport Historical Society
