Results are in for the local 2023 general election, with Republicans taking a 5-0 majority of the Huntington Town Board and winning the Suffolk County Executive seat. Results for each local race are below:

Suffolk County Executive
*Edward Romaine: 57.03% (158,452 votes)
David Calone: 42.85% (119,052 votes)

Suffolk County Legislator, District 16
*Rebecca Sanin: 52.77% (6,565 votes)
Manuel Esteban: 46.77% (5,818 votes)

Suffolk County Legislator, District 18
*Stephanie Bontempi: 52.53% (12,255 votes)
Eve Meltzer-Krief: 47.37% (11,050 votes)

Huntington Town Council
*Brooke Lupinacci: 25.55% (22,199 votes)
*Theresa Mari: 25.36% (22,034 votes)
Jen Hebert: 24.97% (21,699 votes)
