The asking price is $150,000 for the assets of the closed store. The location was established in 1995, operating for 30 years as a Baskin Robbins. The sale includes existing fixtures, equipment and infrastructure, which are reported to be in working condition.
According to the listing, the buyer is not required to continue operating the space as a Baskin Robbins and may use the storefront for another dessert or food concept, subject to lease terms and approvals.
Lease details provided in the listing indicate a monthly rent of $2,700, which includes common area maintenance and property taxes. The lease has nine years remaining, with an annual 3% increase. The sale is being offered on an all-cash basis.
