The Greater Huntington Council of Yacht and Boating Clubs kicks off Huntington Safe Boating Week with the 8th annual Huntington Waterfront Festival this weekend. There will be a variety of booths featuring professional artists, photography, handmade crafts, jewelry, clothing, antiques, gift items, recreational equipment, boats, boating supplies and more. Enjoy locally crafted brew at the beer tent and indulge in the food truck cuisines. Live bands will entraintain the crowd at this, one of Long Islands’ top festivals. Experience the arts in Huntington Village on a free, self-guided art walk showcasing new exhibits at the museums and galleries this weekend. Many of the artists will be on hand to talk about their inspiration, while you enjoy tasty treats and check out the art scene in the Village. Live music will play along the way.
