A holiday market showcasing local businesses, in support of the Ocean Avenue PTA. $10 admission includes an entry into a raffle for a basket of local goods. Earn additional raffles with each purchase. Vendors include Penny & Cooper, Harbor Greeting Cards, Raizes, Sandpiper by Tina, Endo Ethos, LoKo Plants and more. Light appetizers will be served.

Northport Community Jazz Orchestra Big Band featuring Tanya Vassallo, guest vocalist, followed by the Northport Community Band featuring seasonal favorites such as Sleigh Ride, Chanukah Celebration, A Christmas Triptych by Robert L. Nest on Main Holiday Market
Saturday, December 11, 10:30am-4pm
Nest on Main hosts its third of four holiday markets inside and outside this Saturday. The indoor/outdoor pop-up market showcases a rotating collection of vendors each week and includes music, demonstrations and holiday treats.

Northport Annual Holiday Craft Fair
December 11 and 12, 10am-4pm
Come out and complete your holiday shopping while supporting the Northport High School DECA Club! This year’s fair includes fine art, photography, beautiful, handcrafted items of every nature and selected elegant gifts. Local artisans at the fair include jewelry designers featuring one-of-a-kind pieces, as well as makers of ceramics, wearable art, organic beauty products, exquisite fabric and wood crafts, soy candles, soft sculpture, floral designs and home décor. Admission is free.

Gingerbread Cookie Decorating

Northport Historical Society’s “Stamp Your Passport” December event highlights Ireland. Part of the museum’s current “Immigrants of Northport and East Northport” exhibit, the event is inspired by Irish immigrant Isabelle Quinlan, who settled in Northport in the late 1880s. Hear the amazing story behind Isabelle Quinlan’s gingerbread cookies; local entrepreneur Jean Ann Travers will then guide participants in decorating cookies baked with Isabelle’s recipe.
