Clean the Bay Day
Steers Beach and Scudder Park
Saturday, June 11, 8am-10am
Meet up with the Northport Native Garden Initiative (NNGI), in partnership with Northport Village and Trustee Dave Weber for the second annual Clean the Bay Day. Breakfast and coffee will be served from 730am courtesy of Tim’s Shipwreck Diner; volunteers will then be split into groups to tackle certain locations. Registration preferred and children are welcome (bring life vests for kids under 12). Wear comfortable clothing that can get a little messy, and rubber boots or secure footwear. Northport Maritime Day and Blessing of the Fleet
Northport Village Park and Dock
Saturday, June 11, 10am-2pm
Celebrate Northport’s maritime past, present and future with seaworthy activities for all ages. Live music, best chowder and maritime brew contests, maritime history and art displays, and the blessing of the fleet boat parade are just some of the happenings at this annual event!

The Wellness Program in Northport Village Park is back for the summer, beginning with yoga at the gazebo with Jen Tzimas from Yoga Blue NPT on Main Street. Classes cost $10 and can be purchased here. All levels welcome. Bring your own yoga mat and water.
